Backstory
Done during Tom Glover’s class on birds. My first time using gouache borrowed from Peter Cady. I had 15 minutes, so I made it smaller on the page. I wasn’t used to how quickly it dried. The intentional variation of background color between the crow’s legs is a nod to Laurent.
