Data visualization with Tableau using Johns Hopkins dataset.
Backstory
For a final project in UC Davis Data Visualization with Tableau Specialization on Coursera, I downloaded the Johns Hopkins Covid-19 data set to see what I could find. I noticed something odd about the Cases vs Deaths curves (after they were normalized) at the beginning of the pandemic. I decided to explore that.
The graphic below will open the Tableau Public project in a new window. Note: Tableau Public doesn’t seem to handle mobile. With a larger device, click on the full view icon at the bottom right.

I am currently working on overlaying a timeline of the commander-in-chief’s tweets as they occurred while this story was unfolding.
