Custom font for the AcmeDroids Android Application Lab
Backstory
I couldn’t find a typeface I wanted to use for our AcmeDroids brand. I was drawing out narrow and geometric character shapes and decided to design a font that could be dedicated to this effort. This font is used on the WordDroid app and AcmeDroids website.
The shapes are quirky and everything hangs from a centered vertical line. I discovered how much I liked this vertical alignment while designing the Alden Whitehall hull logo.
I created the font with FontLab, formerly FontStudio. If you want a copy, send me an email.
